Note 1. This Form is to be completed by EXTERNAL Students/Applicants seeking admission to 2nd or subsequent years of full time programmes.

Note 2. Applicants may only present one advanced entry application in one year.

Note 3. Please consult the application guidelines for each school before completing the form.

Note 4. Competence in the English language is necessary as lectures (tuition) in the Institutes of Technology are through English.

Note 5. An application will be processed only after an applicant sends in documentary evidence of their exam results and/or award certificates to Graduate Admissions. (Address: Graduate Admissions, WIT, Cork Road,Waterford).
